不动杆菌属细菌中超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBL)的研究

摘　　要：目的:调查我院不动杆菌属细菌中超广谱β-内酰胺酶的发生率以及其相应的基因型。方法:采用纸片协同法、等电聚焦电泳法、PCR扩增及测序确定110株不动杆菌中超广谱β-内酰胺酶的基因型。结果:经纸片协同法检测为产超广谱β-内酰胺酶的30株菌经等电聚焦和基因扩增测序证实为产超广谱β-内酰胺酶,且为TEM-1型酶。均含有PI为5.4的的条带。结论:该院临床分离的不动杆菌所产生的超广谱β-内酰胺酶主要是质粒TEM-1型酶。Objective：To analyze the extended-spectrum β-lactamase in genus Acinetobacter.Methods： The confirmatory test,double-disc diffusion test,isoelectric focus and PCR amplification were used to detect the ESBL by 110 strains of Acinetobacter spp.Results： There were 30 strains to produce ESBLs.The major ESBL were TEM-1-lactamases which were detected by the double-disc diffusion test and tem gene amplification.Conclusion： The major ESBL were TEM-1 β-lactamases.
