丽水市部分体检人群血脂水平和动脉硬化指数调查分析

摘　　要：目的：通过调查丽水市部分参加健康体检人群的血脂水平、动脉硬化指数（AIP）及血脂异常的流行情况,为心脑血管病的防治提供参考。方法：分析2009年1563例丽水市部分体检人群血脂四项检测数据和AIP。血脂异常根据中国成人血脂异常防治指南（2007年）判定。结果：全组人群高血脂检出率与年龄增高不呈正比关系,男性AIP水平明显高于女性,男性高胆固醇、高甘油三酯检出率以40岁-49岁组最高（12.8%、58.0%）;女性高胆固醇及高甘油三酯检出率50岁以上检出率较高。体检结果显示,丽水市部分人群的血脂水平异常率较高。结论：定期健康体检,加强体育锻炼,提倡健康生活方式,控制血脂水平,降低心脑血管病的发生率。Objective：To survey the levels of blood lipid profile and Atherogenic index of plasma（AIP）and their epidemiologic distribution in part of population in Lishui in order to provide the basis for prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebral vascular disease.Methods： Datas on levels of blood lip id profile in part of population（1563persons）of annual health checkup in 2009 in Lishui were recruited and analyzed Dyslipidemia refer to the criteria of Chinese guide lines on prevention and treatment of Dyslipidemia in adults.Results： The level of men′s AIP is significantly higher than womens detectable rates of hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia were increased with increasing of age but not were a positive correlation in men,detectable rates hypercholesterolemia（12.8%）and hypertriglyceridemia（58.0%）all were the highest in40-49 years old,detectable rate of hypertriglyceridemia was the highest in60 years old and above,the others of aforementioned value all were still higher.Conclusion： Regular medical examination and strengthening health guid are of great significance for prevention and early treatment of cardio-cerebral vascular disease.
