直肠癌腹壁造瘘术后造瘘口的护理

摘　　要：目的：探讨直肠癌腹壁造瘘术后造瘘口患者的护理.方法：对40例直肠癌术后腹壁造瘘口患者护理经验进行总结.结果：40例患者均未发生造瘘口肠管坏死、狭窄、出血、疝等现象,只有6例出现过程度轻的造口周围皮炎,经用造口护肤粉处理痊愈.结论：通过帮助造口者掌握护理知识和护理方法,尤其是采用看视频操作演练,让患者实际操作造口袋四点法全过程,指导其独立操作1～2次,确保患者在出院前能完全自我护理造口,能预防并及时发现造口并发症,促进造口者恢复健康,有效保持造口的长期使用,提高患者生活质量.objective colorectal abdominal wall and colostomy postoperative nursing of patients with colostomy mouth. The results were not happen 40 patients colostomy mouth necrosis, narrow loops, bleeding, hernia etc. Phenomenon, only 6 cases appeared light creates mouth degree by conven- tional treatment around dermatitis, healing. Conclusion through the scientific and effective care, especially using demonstration, let patients watch guiding its independent operation process, 1 - 2 times, ensure that patients can fully before discharge self--management creates mouth, can effectively maintain long--term use of creates mouth, improve the quality of life of the patients.
