摘 要:为解决多分流叶栅的粘性损失问题,研究了多分流叶栅叶片表面边界层发展情况,分析了分流叶片对主流叶片上边界层发展和分离的影响以及对整个流场的影响.在此基础上,建立了分流叶栅的损失模型和损失系数计算公式,并计算了3种类型的损失系数.通过对3种叶栅吹风试验表明,所建立的粘性损失模型和损失系数计算公式与实际情况相符.提供了多分流叶栅通用的损失模型和损失系数的计算方法及程序,使叶栅设计更接近实际.Dealing mainly with the viscous problems of the multi splitter cascade and considering the fluid viscosity, the development of boundary layers on the surfaces of blades of multi splitter cascade was studied and the influence of a splitter blade to the separation and development of the boundary layer on the main blade and to the whole flow field were analyzed. The viscous model of splitter cascade was then built up and the loss coefficients were calculated. Tests of three types of cascade were made and satisfactory results were obtained. Both the computational results and the tunnel test show that the model is in accordance with the practical situation. The research provided a commonly used loss model and computer programs of loss coefficient calculation formulae. A more practical method of the design of a multi splitter cascade was put forward.
