摘　　要：目的:观察Mcu IUD的临床效果。方法:将自愿要求放置宫内节育器(IUD)避孕的育龄妇女随机分为观察组140例和对照组140例,观察组放置Mcu IUD,对照组放置宫腔形IUD。结果:观察组带器妊娠率、脱落率、不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,续用率明显高于对照组。结论:Mcu IUD是一种新型宫内节育器,具有放置时疼痛轻、带器妊娠率低、脱落率低、不良反应发生率低和续用率高等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of McuIUD.Methods：The female volunteers of childbearing age requiring to place IUD were randomly divided into two groups： the observation group（140 cases） and the control group（140 cases）.McuIUD was placed in the observation group,while the uterine cavity shaped intrauterine device（IUD） was placed in the control group.Results：The pregnancy rate,expulsion rate and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group′ s,and the continuation rate was significantly higher than the control group＇s.Conclusion：Mcu IUD is a new type of IUD,with the advantages of less pain in placing,lower pregnancy rate,lower expulsion rate,lower adverse reaction rate and high continuation rate,which is worthy of being applied clinically.
