摘　　要：[目的]了解盐池县村卫生室现阶段建设的基本情况,为进一步提高贫困地区村卫生室卫生服务水平提供信息。[方法]采用分层抽样的方法对宁夏盐池县40所村卫生室建设情况进行问卷调查。[结果]村卫生室人员缺乏,现有村医学历低、基础知识测试水平差;村卫生室建筑面积小、医疗设备不全,且医疗区与生活区混在一起,所开展的基本医疗服务和公共卫生服务时不够规范。[结论]积极解决现有问题,对提高村卫生室的服务水平很重要。[Objective]To know health development of village clinics at this stage in Yanchi County to provide the information for evaluating the service levels of village clinics.[Methods]The methods of stratified sampling were used to get 40 village clinics from Yanchi County of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and survey was conducted with questionnaire about construction.[Results]The main problems were as follows：the lack of rural village doctors,less educated village doctors,poor theoretical knowledge;small building area,insufficient medical equipment,and mixed medical area with living area.Village health services in basic medical and public health services were not normative.[Conclusion]Positively solving the existing problems is very important in evaluating the service levels of village clinics.
