摘　　要：[目的]调查四川省县级妇幼卫生保健机构卫生资源现状,分析存在的问题并提出相关建议,为促进县级妇幼卫生资源合理配置提供参考。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷,通过机构自填法对四川省2009年利用国债、省财政投入建设并已投入使用的县级妇幼保健院进行调查。[结果]四川省县级妇幼保健机构的基础设施较建设前得到较大改善,但仍面临着设备短缺、人力资源配置不合理、机构定位不明确等问题。[结论]应大力增强设备配置均衡性,调整人力资源结构,进一步明确妇幼保健机构的定位,以促进基层妇幼保健机构的发展。[Objective]To understand the current situation of health resources of county MCH in Sichuan and provide reference for reasonable allocation of county women and children health resources in the future.[Methods]By using self-designed questionnaire to the county MCHs had already put into use in 2009,which funded by the national and province financial bounds.[Results]The infrastructure of the county MCHs in Sichuan province was improved after the project taken,while it was lacking,and the human resource and agency position were still unreasonable.[Conclusion]In order to promote the development of county MCH,instruments configuration balance should be greatly enhanced,while the structure of the human resources should be adjusted and the orientation of county health centers for women and children should be further cleared and defined.
