摘  要:[目的]探索青年学生中速步行时血压和心率反应及相关影响因素。[方法]对青年学生采用9min900m的速度步行运动,运动中每3min用电子血压计重复测量血压及心率一次。计算步行中血压及心率的最大增幅和曲线下面积(AUC)。观察性别、高血压家族史、运动习惯等因素。[结果]运动中收缩压(SBP),舒张压(DBP)和心率(HR)明显增加;不常运动组DBP增幅更大,DBP-AUC(33.7±78.6)min.mmHg明显高于常运动组(-5.6±45.2)min.mmHg,P﹤0.05;有高血压家族史组SBP增幅更大,SBP-AUC(47.8±47.5)min.mmHg明显高于无家族史组(3.9±31.9)min.mmHg,P﹤0.05。[结论]中速步行时青年学生的血压和心率明显增加;缺乏运动是运动血压增加的最主要危险因素,有高血压病家族史也可能是其促发因素。[Objective]To explore the blood pressure(BP)and heart rate(HR)response to medium-speed walking and evaluate the influence factors.[Methods]Walking 900 meters during 9 minutes was performed.BP and HR were measured repeatedly per 3 minutes during the walking period with electronic sphygmomanometer in 70 healthy youth students.The largest increase amplitude and the area under the curve(AUC)of BP and HR within walking were calculated.Observed the sex,family history of hypertension,exercise habits and other factors.[Results]The systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and HR were increased obviously.The DBP-AUC were significantly higher in absent physical activity group than in regular exercise group(33.7±78.6 min·mmHg vs-5.6±45.2 min·mmHg,P﹤0.05).The SBP-AUC were significantly larger in hypertensive family history group than in non-family history group(47.8±47.5 min·mmHg vs 3.9±31.9 min·mmHg,P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]Moderate-speed walking can induce BP and HR increasing in young students.Absent physical activity is the most important risk factor for stronger exercise BP reaction.The hypertensive family history may be the precipitating factor.
