悬浮培养红豆杉细胞中影响细胞生长和紫杉醇产量若干因素的研究进展

摘　　要：综述了悬浮培养红豆杉细胞生长状态、植物生长调节因子、糖分、氨基酸、无机盐、ｐ Ｈ值及光照等因素对细胞悬浮培养生产紫杉醇的作用。In this paper the effects of cell growth state, adjustment factor of plant growth, sugar composition, amino acid, inorganic salt, pH value and illumination on taxol production by cell suspension culture were analyzed comprehensively .The optimum conditions of taxo l production were found in this method .The theoretical envidence was provided for taxol production by cell suspension culture in a large scale.
