摘　　要：目的:研究可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体(sF lt-1)在复发性流产(RSA)患者外周血及绒毛中表达水平,探讨sF lt-1与复发性流产的相关性。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附试验法(ELISA)测定30例复发性流产胚胎停育患者和30例正常早孕孕妇血清VEGF及sF lt-1水平,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法测定各组孕妇绒毛组织VEGF mRNA及sF lt-1 mRNA表达水平。结果:复发性流产胚胎停育组与正常早孕对照组血清VEGF水平分别为(2637.50±2145.09)ng/L和(982.67±675.47)ng/L,血清sF lt-1水平分别为(13 796.67±11 917.08)ng/L和(3 540.67±2 989.80)ng/L,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组绒毛组织VEGF mRNA及sF lt-1 mRNA表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:VEGF及sF lt-1表达异常与复发性流产具有相关性,其表达水平升高可能与RSA的发生有关。Objective：To study the expression levels of soluble receptor-1（sFlt-1） of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） in villus and peripheral blood of cases with recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）,explore the correlation between sFlt-1 and RSA.Methods：ELISA was used to detect the expression levels of VEGF and sFlt-1 in serum of 30 cases with RSA（RSA group） and 30 normal pregnant women of early pregnancy（control group）,RT-PCR was used to detect the expression levels of VEGF mRNA and sFlt-1 mRNA in villus of the two groups.Results：The expression levels of VEGF in serum of RSA group and control group were（2 637.50±2 145.09） ng/L and（982.67±675.47） ng/L,respectively;the expression levels of sFlt-1 in serum of RSA group and control group were（13 796.67±11 917.08） ng/L and（3 540.67±2 989.80） ng/L,respectively,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）;there was significant difference in expression levels of VEGF mRNA and sFlt-1 mRNA in villus between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The abnormal expression levels of VEGF and sFlt-1 are correlated with RSA,the increase of expression levels of VEGF and sFlt-1 may be related to the occurrence of RSA.
