寒、热方剂对醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒、热证模型大鼠血清VEGF、胃组织bFGF含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡寒、热证模型的形成机制及寒、热方剂对该模型的作用机理及其方证相应的客观规律。方法:采用寒、热因素结合醋酸涂抹法建立大鼠胃溃疡寒、热证模型,采用酶联免疫法检测受试大鼠血清VEGF、胃组织bFGF的含量。结果:醋酸涂抹型胃溃疡各模型组血清VEGF、胃组织bFGF含量均显著升高,与空白组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),在VEGF上尤以热因素表达明显,与寒醋和模醋比较差异显著(P<0.05);大黄黄连泻心汤、理中丸可分别显著升高热证组、寒证组VEGF、bFGF含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:通过"方证相应"理论验证了"病证结合"胃溃疡寒、热证模型的可行性,大黄黄连泻心汤对热性胃溃疡、理中丸对寒性胃溃疡的治疗作用,可通过大鼠血清VEGF、胃组织bFGF含量的升高而实现。Objective：To explore the forming mechanism of gastric ulcer model induced by pylorus deligation combined with cold or heat syndrome.And to observe the basic mechanism of action and objective regularity of ＂formula-syndrome corresponding＂ of cold or heat formula on gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome.Methods： Adopting cold or heat factors combined with smearing acetic acid methods to establish gastric ulcer model combined with cold and heat syndrome.Using euzymelinked immunosorbent assay to detect the contents of VEGF in serum and the contents of bFGF in stomach.Results：Compared with the blank group,the contents of VEGF in serum and the contents of bFGF in stomach increase remarkably in each model group.（P0.05 or P0.01）.Compared with the gastric ulcer model induced by smearing acetic acid combined with cold syndrome and the gastric ulcer model induced by smearing acetic acid,the contents of VEGF increase remarkably in gastric ulcer model induced by smearing acetic acid combined with heat syndrome（P0.05 or P0.01）.Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction or Lizhong Pill can respectively increase the contents of VEGF in serum and bFGF in stomach of heat-ulcer group or cold-ulcer group obviously（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：On the basis of the theory of ＂formula-syndrome corresponding＂,verifying the feasibility of duplicating ＂disease-syndrome combination＂ model,that is gastric ulcer model combined with cold or heat syndrome.The therapeutic action of Dahuang Huanglian Xiexin Decoction on heat-gastric ulcer,or Lizhong Pill on cold-gastric ulcer can be achieved by increasing the contents of VEGF in serum and the contents of bFGF in stomach.
