大椎穴拔罐前后对健康成人膀胱经穴表温度变化影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:基于前期实验所完成的工作基础——拔罐大椎穴监测健康成人督脉经线上穴位的穴表温度变化,发现拔罐大椎穴能够提高健康成人督脉穴位的皮表温度。为进一步深入探寻拔罐疗法的作用规律,本实验观察拔罐大椎穴前后对正常健康人膀胱经的穴表温度变化的影响,从温度角度继续探讨拔罐疗法对能量代谢影响的机理。方法:采用重复测量方差分析进行数据统计分析。结果:左肺俞:P=0.004<0.01,右肺俞:P=0.000<0.01;左肝俞,P=0.003<0.01,右肝俞:P=0.000<0.01,左肾俞:P=0.029<0.01,右肾俞:P=0.000<0.01,均具有统计学意义,拔罐前后穴表温度随时间变化有差异。结果表明,拔罐大椎穴对正常健康人膀胱经上的左右肺俞、左右肝俞、左右肾俞穴表温度变化的影响显示共同规律:拔罐后穴表温度均升高且拔罐5 m in时升高最显著,而后趋于平稳。结论:拔罐大椎穴能够提高膀胱经穴位的穴表温度,拔罐疗法对能量代谢有一定程度的促进作用。Objective：Based on pre-experiment we＇ve done——to monitor the scarfskin temperature changes of acupoints on the governor meridian,we found out cupping the Dazhui（GV14） could improve the scarfskin temperature of them.Methods：For the purpose of searching for the rules of effects of cupping for further study,we＇ve observed the effect of scarfskin temperature changes on acupoints of the bladder meridian of the health before and after cupping Dazhui（GV14） in this experiment,and continued to explore the mechanism that cupping has an effect on energy metabolism from temperature angle.Results：All the data are analyzed by statistical method of ANOVA of Repeated Measure.Left fei shu：P=0.0040.01;Right fei shu：P=0.0000.01;Left gan shu：P=0.0030.01;Right gan shu：P=0.0000.01;Left shen shu：P=0.0290.01;Right shen shu：P=0.0000.01,all of which have statistically significance differences as time changes.Conclusion：Left and Right Feishu,Left and Right gan shu,Left and Right shen shu：（superior,middle,and inferior six acupoints on the bladder meridian）all show the common rule that there is a rise of scarfskin temperature.The best significance of time points is 5min when cupping,and then they tend to be stable.The results indicate cupping Dazhui acupoint can raise the scarfskin temperature of acupoints on the bladder meridian,which has a better effect on energy metabolism.
