艾炷灸治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾炷灸治疗膝关节退行性骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照研究方案,对照组采用温针治疗,治疗组采用艾炷灸治疗。结果:两组疗效比较,艾炷灸组显愈率明显高于温针组(P<0.01)。结论:艾炷灸疗法能有效缓解患者疼痛,改善关节稳定性,提高疗效。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of moxa-cone Moxibustion on Knee Osteoarthritis.Methods：A random control study program was adopted,and a control group was treated by acupuncture and a treatment group by moxa-cone moxibustion.Results：The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Moxa-cone moxibustion can relieve pain,improve stability of joints and increase the therapeutic effect for the patients with knee osteoarthritis.
