摘 要:研究了一种镍氢电池负极─—金属氢化物电极新型粘合剂SBS,测定了以SBS为粘合剂的电极性能,并与PTFE和HPMC两种粘合剂进行了对比.研究结果表明:采用SBS作粘合剂的电极的耐碱性和柔韧性优于其它粘合剂,其放电容量、放电电位、大电流放电能力、内阻、电催化活性等性能也较好,尤其是循环性能优良,有望成为一种比较理想的金属氢化物电极粘合剂;SBS的最佳加入量为1%左右.A new binder SBS for metal hydride electrode (MH electrode) is studied,the performances of the electrode using SBS as binder are examined and compared with those of the binders of PTFE and HPMC. The results show that the alkali-resistance and flexibility of SBS are better than those of other binders- What's more,the performances such as discharge capacity,discharge potential,rate dischargeability,inner resistance and electrochemical catalysis of the MH electrode using SBS as binder are good. Especially the cycle performance of the SBS electrode is better than those of electrodes with other binders- This binder can be promisingly used as an ideal binder for MH electrodes. The optimum content of SBS is about 1%.
