不同采收期青翘中连翘苷、连翘酯苷和芦丁的含量测定

摘　　要：目的考察不同采收期青翘中连翘苷、连翘酯苷和芦丁的含量,综合比较各指标用以评价青翘的质量及其最佳的采收期。方法采用HPLC法,以Alltima ODS C18柱为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水,梯度洗脱,流速为0.8mL.min-1,检测波长为280nm,柱温为室温。结果连翘苷和连翘酯苷以7月初的含量最高,芦丁以7月上、中旬的含量最高。结论青翘的最佳采收期为7月份。Objective To study the content of Phillyrin,Forsythiaside and Rutin in Fructus Forsythiae gathered in different periods.The quality of Fructus Forsythiae was evaluated by all index integrated.Methods Use the method of HPLC,take Alltima ODS C18 as the chromatographic column.The mobile phase was methanol-water,gradient elution.The detection wavelength was at 280 nm.The column temperature was at room temperature,and the flow rate was 0.8mL·min-1.Results The content of Phillyrin and Forsythiaside got its maximum yield in early July.The content of Rutin got its maximum yield in early and mid-July.Conclusion The suitable gathering periods for Fructus Forsythiae is about July.
