HPLC法测定复方氨酚葡锌片中(R,S)-告依春的含量

摘　　要：目的建立一种反相高效液相色谱方法测定复方氨酚葡锌片中（R,S）-告依春的含量。方法采用C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.8mL.min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为245nm。结果 （R,S）-告依春在5.6-32.6mg.L-1（r=0.9997）范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.9%。结论该方法准确可靠、重复性好,可作为复方氨酚葡锌片的质量控制方法。Objective A HPLC method for determination of（R,S）-epigoitrin in Compound Parace-tamol and Zinc Gluconate Tablets was established.Methods A C18 column was used by gradient elution with methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid as the mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 245 nm and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 5.6-32.6mg·L-1（r=0.9997）.The average recovery was 100.9%.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible for determination of（R,S）-epigoitrin in Compound Paracetamol and Zinc Gluconate Tablets.
