摘  要:采用有限元分析软件ANSYS分析太阳电池组件在焊接工艺中残余应力的分布情况,通过改变电池片的焊接区域、焊接温度和焊条型号,讨论焊接工艺对电池片强度产生的影响。结果表明:太阳电池组件焊接工艺中焊带的施焊端及附近区域的应力集中程度较高,应避免在电池片的边缘施焊,尽量减小焊接温差,选用较细的焊条。In the jointing process of the solar cell module, since the mismatch of heat expansion coefficients of various materials and the biggish difference in temperature of jointing local region, the residual stresses is caused in silicon mate- rial layer of solar cell. Numerical simulation was carried out on the jointing process of the solar cell module by the finite element software ANSYS, to analyze the distribution of residual stress. The impact on jointing teehnigues to cell intensity was discussed by changing jointing area, temperature system and welding rod type. The results showed that stress concen- tration degree is high in the end of weld region. The edge of solar cell welded should be avoided, and reduce difference in temperature of jointing, and select the thin welding rod.
