摘  要:选择Aspen 10.1软件进行碘硫循环整体流程的模拟计算。结合碘硫循环的基本原理,对制氢台架的闭合运行进行深入讨论,并分析流程模拟的关键点,在参考实验数据的基础上,完成了10L/h制氢台架的物料衡算和工艺优化。Iodine-sulfur cycle is one of the most promising thermochemical water-splitting cycles for hydrogen production. Detailed calculation for mass balance is thus required for both the design and the control the process. In this paper, Aspen 10.1 was adopted to complete the simulation of the process, aiming at the H2 producing rate of 10L/h. Based on the principle of the process and the experimental data obtained in previous work, the emphases of both the simulation and the realization of the close-cycle processing were discussed, resulting in the acquirement of the mass balance data and the optimization of the process.
