摘 要:膨胀岩具有遇水膨胀、软化、崩解和失水收缩、开裂等特性,一直是工程应用中的难点。通过新建云桂铁路膨胀岩的室内试验研究,分析研究了膨胀岩在不同含水率条件下的变形特征和变形过程,进一步建立了膨胀岩的修正Huder-Amberg本构变形模型;根据测定同一膨胀岩在不同含水率状态下的试验成果,分析了膨胀岩在不同含水率状态下的膨胀应变特征,绘制了含水率与膨胀应变的关系曲线,随着膨胀岩的含水率的增加,把膨胀岩的膨胀应变分为四个阶段,即①应变启动阶段;②应变稳定阶段;③应变加速阶段;④应变稳定阶段。进一步提出了膨胀岩的起始膨胀含水率,根据试验成果,当膨胀岩的含水率小于起始膨胀含水率时,膨胀应变量仅为饱和状态的5%,膨胀应变量很小。室内试验的研究成果,可为新建云桂铁路和类似工程的膨胀岩处理的设计和施工提供依据。Expansive rocks are of the features such as the swelling,softening and disintegration with water,dehydration shrinkage and cracking after water losing and other features,which have been the key difficulties in engineering applications.Through the laboratory experiments of the expansive rocks for the new Yun-Gui railway,the deformation characteristics and deformation process of the expansive rocks in different water conditions are analyzed,and the Huder-Amberg constitutive deformation model for the rocks is further established.Based on the test results for the determination of the swelling of the same rocks under different moisture contents,the swelling strain characteristics of the rocks are analyzed,and the curves between the moisture content and the swelling strain are drawn.With moisture contents in the rocks increasing,the swelling of the rock strain is divided into four stages,namely the four swelling phases:①strain starts;②strain stability;③strain acceleration;④strain stability.The initial swelling moisture content of expansive rocks is further proposed.According to the test results,when the moisture content of expansive rocks is less than the initial swelling moisture content,the swelling strain is only 5% of that in saturation.According to the laboratory test study for the new Yun-Gui railway,the basis for the engineering design and construction of the railway and the other similar projects is presented.
