摘 要:砂砾石垫层换填地基可以提供较高的地基承载力,有效地控制建筑物变形。施工工艺包括材料选择,最大干密度确定,单层虚铺厚度及碾压遍数,施工质量控制等。试验研究表明,砂砾石料选择应达到级配合理,细粒含量(<5mm颗粒含量)控制在25%~35%,单层虚铺厚度一般在40~60cm,含水量控制在3%~6%之间,振动碾压6~8遍后,压实系数均可达到0.97以上,可获得较高的地基承载力与较好的工程效益。Sand-gravel cushion may provide high bearing capacity and control the settlement and deformation of structure effectively.The construction technologies include material selection,determination of the maximum dry density,loose thickness of single-layer paving and times of rolling compaction,construction quantity control etc.Experimental research indicates that the proper sand-gravel material selection and reasonable grain grading,the content of granule(grain size less than 5mm) between 25% and 35%,the loose thickness of single-layer paving between 40cm and 60cm,the water content between 3% and 6%,after 6 to 8 times of rolling compaction,the compaction degree may reach 0.97 or more and obtain high bearing capacity and good engineering benefits.
