摘　　要：政党扩大群众基础有两层含义:一是在巩固本阶级基础的前提下,争取其他社会阶级阶层的支持和认同;二是将其他社会阶级阶层的分子吸收进自己的组织,并通过他们影响其所在阶级阶层的成员,以增强政党的社会影响力。中国共产党历来重视扩大群众基础。民主革命时期,根据形势和任务的需要,团结一切可以团结的力量。建党之初和抗日战争时期两次实现了群众基础建设上的重大突破,虽然有过"左"的错误,但都得到了及时的纠正,最终赢得了革命的胜利。新中国成立之初,在执政条件下,提出了"不要四面出击"的方针,妥善协调国内各方面的关系,特别是将知识分子纳入工人阶级的范畴,极大提高了党的社会影响力。但1957年后,党在群众基础建设上再次犯了"左"的错误。改革开放以来,党妥善调整各方面的社会政治关系,将改革开放中出现的新的社会阶层纳入社会主义事业建设者的行列,提出"两个先锋队"思想,大量吸收新社会阶层中的优秀分子入党,实现了党的群众基础建设的又一次突破。The expansion of the mass basis contains two points.First,the Party should win support and acknowledgement of other social classes and stratificat ions.Second,she should absorb members from them and hence influence all their former members to enforce her social influence.The Chinese Communist Part has the history of valuing the expansion.For example,the Democratic Revolution period witnessed an attempt of rallying all possible forces against the severe situations and special missions.At the beginning of founding the Party and the time of the Anti-Japanese Invasion War,there were twice of great advances in mass basis construction.There did occur ＂leftist＂ mistakes,which was however timely rectified and the revolution won the victory eventually.Early at the foundation of the New China,the Party,now in command of the power,put forward the principle of ＂not fighting out in all directions＂ in order to coordinate the relations of all aspects：this is a time when the intellectuals were allocated to the working class,which to a large extent promoted the Party＇s social in-fluence.Nevertheless,the Party committed ＂leftist＂ error once again in mass basis construction during the so-called Cultural Revolution.The situation was appropriately adjusted after the implementing the reform and open-door policies,which absorbed members newly appeared in all areas.The ideology of advocating ＂the two pioneer teams＂ took numerous excellencies into the Party,which saw another breakthrough.
