摘 要:采用等离子体原子发射光谱分析(ICP-AES)、热分析(DSC)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)、维氏显微硬度测试和扫描电镜(SEM)分析研究热处理对合作单位博德精工提供的CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃瓷砖釉面力学性能的影响,以期提高耐磨性能和优化热处理工艺。分别采用传统的两步法和一步法处理瓷砖釉面,结果表明,试样经过750℃保温120min—950℃保温90min和900℃保温2h处理后均析出透辉石、钡长石和氧化锆,大约能够使釉面硬度提高15%和13.6%。另外,试样经940℃保温5min处理后,发生氧化锆相变增韧,硬度提高约11.5%。考虑到工厂的生产实际,氧化锆相变增韧处理是提高瓷砖秞面力学性能的最佳热处理方式。The effect of thermal treatment on mechanical properties of glass-ceramic glaze surface for floor tiles made from CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system by Bode was investigated by using inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), micro-hardness testing and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) respectively. Traditional two-step and one-step thermal treatments were used on the glaze. Results showed that, once the primary glass-ceramics being heated at 750℃ for 2 hours prior to held at 950℃ for 90rain and 900℃ for 2 hours, its surface hardness or rigidity was increased by roughly 15% or 13.6% respectively. Fine diopside, celsian, ZrO2 were both precipitated during heat treatments. Once the primary glass-ceramics being heated at 940℃ for 5min, its surface hardness or rigidity was increased approximately by 11.5% with help of transformation toughening of zirconia. Taking industrial practice into consideration, optimal process would be the zirconia toughening in order to improve its surface properties.
