摘　　要：结肠慢传输性便秘(STC)症状顽固,治疗困难。术前评估对手术疗效影响很大,手术治疗方式存在争议。外科医师应该充分认识患者手术的目的,设计安全、有效、微创的手术治疗方案。既解决患者便秘症状,同时最大限度保留有部分功能的结肠,减少术后并发症的发生,应是STC外科治疗的方向。该文对STC的术前评估、手术方式及疗效、手术难题等作一介绍。Colon slow transit constipation is a stubborn disease. Since preoperative evaluation significantly affects the prognosis, there is still controversy on surgical therapy. When surgery is indicated, safety, efficacy and minimal invasion should be considered comprehensively. Maximal preservation of functional colon and reduction of complication is considered as the research interest of surgery treatment. This review summarizes the preoperative evaluation, and surgical types, efficacy and difficulties of surgical therapy for colon sbw transit constipation.
