摘  要:目的:研究静脉应用重组人脑利钠肽(rhBNP)对经皮动脉导管未闭封堵术后患者肺动脉高压的影响。方法:36例动脉导管未闭封堵术后患者,随机分为处理组16例和对照组20例,处理组于封堵术后即刻静脉应用rhBNP,48 h后比较2组封堵术前后肺动脉收缩压和肺动脉平均压。结果:2组患者肺动脉收缩压和肺动脉平均压明显低于封堵术前水平(P<0.00);处理组肺动脉收缩压和肺动脉平均压明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:动脉导管未闭患者封堵术后应用rhBNP可进一步降低肺动脉压。Objective:To investigate the effects of intravenous injection of recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide(rhBNP) in patients with pulmonary hypertension undergoing transcatheter closure of patent ductus arteriosus(PDA).Method:Thirty-six cases of PDA with pulmonary hypertention undergone interventional therapy were recruited.Patients were randomly divided into treatment group(16 patients) patients and control group(20 patients).Patients in control group received conventional treatment,while the patients in treatment group received recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide immediately after interventional therapy besides conventional treatment.The pulmonary artery systolic pressure and mean pulmonary artery pressure were compared and analyzed between the two group patients after treatment 48 h.Result:The levels of pulmonary artery systolic pressure and mean pulmonary artery pressure were significantly lower than the preoperative levels(P0.05);there were extremely significant differences between the treatment group and the control groups after intravenous recombinant brain natriuretic peptide(P0.05).Conclusion:RhBNP could further reduced pulmonary artery pressure and improve prognosis on patients with PDA after treated by transcatherter closure.
