摘 要:排爆罐作为常用的公共安全防护装备,其结构的抗爆性能、机动性等指标对安全保障起到决定性作用。目前国内常用排爆罐结构笨重,质量较大,抗爆性能较差。为研制一种新型便携式轻质高抗力排爆罐,制作泡沫铝夹心排爆罐模型,与国内既有排爆罐模型开展相同装药量条件下的抗爆性能对比试验。对结构中应力波的衰减特性进行了分析,探讨了影响排爆罐抗爆性能的核心因素。比较表明,泡沫铝夹心排爆罐抗爆性能远优于传统排爆罐。An explosion-proof pot is a common protection equipment in poblic safety fields,its antidetonation property and mobility are critical for safety protection.At present,explosion-proof pots made in China are heavy and massive,their performance is worse.In order to make a portable pot with new style and higher antidetonation property,sandwich pot models with aluminium foam were manufactured,and tests were accomplished to verify their antidetonation property compared with domestic traditional explosion-proof pots.Fading characteristic of stress wave in the sandwich structures were analyzed.Key factors influencing the antidetonation ability of explosion-proof pots were discussed.Tests results indicated that antidetonation property of pots with new style is more excellent than that of traditional pots.
