摘　　要：目的:探讨白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)在体外培养的人早孕期细胞滋养细胞对NFκ-B的激活作用。方法:体外无血清培养的人早孕期细胞滋养细胞,以IL-1β(20μg/L)作为处理因素,通过Western blot法检测IκBα的蛋白水平。结果:L-1β作用5 min即可见IκBα的水平下降,但与作用前比较无显著性差异,15 min时IκBα的水平显著降低(P<0.01),30 min时不能检测出来;随后IκBα的水平渐渐回升,60 min左右接近未处理时的水平。结论:早孕期存在于母体和胎儿界面的IL-1β可能通过自分泌或旁分泌的方式引起NF-κB的短暂激活。Objective： To investigate whether interleukin-1β（IL-1β） could activate NF-κB in human cytotrophoblast（CTB） cells isolated from the first trimester placenta or not.Methods： Human CTB cells from the first trimester placenta were cultured in serum-free medium.Western blot analysis was used to detect IκBα protein levels.Results： IκBα protein levels decrease significantly（P0.01） when stimulated for 15 minutes by IL-1β,and it could not be detected after stimulating for 30 minutes,then the levels increased gradually,and approached to the baseline after 60 minutes.Conclusion： NF-κB can be transiently activated by IL-1β in human CTB cells from first trimester placenta in vitro.
