摘　　要：目的:客观评价"四动"、"五步法"治疗锁骨骨折骨折临床疗效。方法:采用随机单盲对照试验,将450例锁骨骨折患者随机分为2组,手术组(263例)采用切开复位内固定治疗;治疗组(282例)采取"四动"、"五步法"治疗,疗程均为6月。结果:2组骨折愈合率、康复时间、治疗后并发症、肩关节功能及2组治疗费用比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:"四动"、"五步法"具有费用低廉、疗程短、功能好等优点,可以作为该病种治疗的首选治疗方法。Objective：To evaluate the treatment effect of clavicle fracture with the Four-action and Five-step method objectively.Methods：This was a single blind,randomized controlled trial.Total 450 cases of clavicle fractures were randomly divided into surgery groups（263 cases） which were treated with open reduction and internal fixation,and treatment group（282 cases） which were treated with the Four-action and Five-step method,with a course of 6 months.Results：The fracture healing rate,recovery time,treatment complications,shoulder function,and treatment costs in the two groups have statistic difference.Conclusion：The Four-action and Five-step method is a preferred treatment method for clavicle fracture for its advantages of low-cost,short-course,and good function.
