钢板内固定配合中药熏洗治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床研究  

Effect of Plate Internal Fixation Combined with Fumigant of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Intra-articular Fractures of Calcaneus

摘　　要：目的：探讨切开复位可塑性钛板内固定配合中药熏洗治疗跟骨关节内骨折的治疗效果。方法：运用切开复位可塑性钛板内固定,必要时行同种异体骨植骨,中后期配合中药熏洗治疗Ⅱ-Ⅳ型跟骨关节内骨折45例53足。结果：45例53足患者全部随访,时间6-36个月,平均16个月。术后患足B hler角及Gissane角基本恢复至正常范围;采用Margland Foot Score系统进行术后功能评价可见：优32足,良12足,可6足,差3足,优良率83.02%。结论：切开复位可塑性钛板内固定配合中药熏洗治疗跟骨关节内骨折,能够取得满意的疗效。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of open reduction and plasticity titanium plate internal fixation combined with fumigant of Chinese medicine in the treatment of intra-articular fractures of calcaneus.Methods：Forty-five cases（53 feet） with calcaneal intra-articular fractures of Ⅱ～Ⅳ types were treated with open reduction and plasticity titanium plate internal fixation,allogeneic bone was grafted when necessary,and combined with fumigant of Chinese medicine in the middle and late stages.Results：All 45 cases（53 feet） were followed up for 6 to 36 months,16 months average.The Bhler angle and Gissane angle of these cases were restored satisfactorily to normal range after treatment.The treatment effect was evaluated according to the Maryland Foot Score.The results were： excellent in 32,good in 12,fair in 6,and poor in 3 feet.The total good rate was 83.02%.Conclusion：The treatment effects of open reduction and plasticity titanium plate internal fixation combined with fumigant of Chinese medicine in the treatment of calcaneal intra-articular fractures are satisfactory.
