加味阳和汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的远期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨加味阳和汤治疗膝骨性关节炎的时效性。方法：对2007年7月~2009年1月期间在我科接受加味阳和汤治疗的80例膝关节骨性关节炎进行随访,采用膝关节HSS评分作为评价标准,观察加味阳和汤治疗膝骨性关节炎不同时间后的疗效。结果：运用加味阳和汤加减治疗膝骨性关节炎近期具有显著的疗效;1年3个月后疗效开始减退,需再次服用加味阳和汤治疗;运用加味阳和汤治疗不同时期膝骨性关节炎的疗效有差别,早期骨性关节炎治疗效果更优。结论：加味阳和汤治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著,中远期疗效稳定,多次疗程治疗疗效有待观察。Objective：To study the chronergy and efficacy of Jiaweiyanghe decoction treatment on osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods：From July 2007 to January 2009,80 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were treated with the Jiaweiyanghe decoction in our department.The curative effect of the Jiaweiyanghe decoction for treating the knee in different time was evaluated by HSS score criteria.Results：The Jiaweiyanghe decoction has obvious treatment effect on osteoarthritis of the knee in short-term.The treatment effect began to decrease after 15 months,so patients should treat with the Jiaweiyanghe decoction again.Using the Jiaweiyanghe decoction for treating osteoarthritis of the knee in different periods have different efficacy,and the early treatment effect is better.Conclusions：The Jiaweiyanghe decoction has obvious treatment effect on osteoarthritis of the knee in short-term.The effect is stability in the long-term,and the repeated course of treatment efficacy remains to be seen.
