摘　　要：本文通过建立非稳态的板坯连铸机铸坯凝固数学模型，应用建立的数学模型模拟铸坯凝固过程，确定连铸二冷配水的合理工艺参数，实现二冷区智能配水，以提高铸坯质量和铸机的生产能力。This article through the establishment of unsteady solidify-cation slab caster of mathematical model,applied established mathematical model simulation slab continuous casting during solidification,determine the secondary cooling water, to realize the reasonable technological parameters with two cold area intelligence,in order to improve the water quality and casting billet production capacity of machine.
