摘　　要：介绍抚钢合金钢方坯连铸机二次冷却控制系统的组成和各部分的功能， 说明二冷水流量设定、拉坯速度前馈控制以及温度反馈控制，重点分析了铸坯成长模型和铸坯表面温度滤波等关键技术。The construction and functions of the secondary cooling control system for alloy steel billet continuous caster in Fushun Special Steel Co Ltd are introduced. The setting of water flowrate, feedforward control of withdrawal velocity and feedback control of temperature are described. Some key technologies, such as bil let life time model and surface temperature filtering are analyzed in detail.
