摘  要:以聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)为膜材料,通过浸没沉淀法制备得到开放性网络状对称结构的PVDF膜。考察不同添加剂对膜结构的影响。结果表明,与溶剂磷酸三乙酯(TEP)相容性良好的添加剂(乙醇,聚乙二醇,乙酸乙酯)所成膜表面结构均匀,孔隙率较大,蛋白吸附量较高;与溶剂相容性较差的添加剂(水,甘油)使得铸膜液组成接近于分相区,成膜过程分相较快,所成膜表面粗糙,孔隙率较小,蛋白吸附量和水通量也较低。以乙醇为添加剂的PVDF膜蛋白吸附量达到171μg/cm2。Symmetric network poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF) membranes without dense skin layer were prepared by immersion precipitation in the additive/triethyl phosphate(TEP) /PVDF system.The effect of additives on the morphology and performance of PVDF membranes was investigated.For the additives which had good compatibility with the solvent,such as ethanol,polyethylene glycol(PEG) and ethyl acetate,the formed membranes had an uniform surface and large porosity,and the results of adsorption experiment show that the binding capacity of protein also increases.For the additives which have poor compatibility with the solvent,such as water,glycerol,they bring the initial composition of the casting solution closer to the bimodal,thus minority presence of the nonsolvent sufficiently to induce the phase inversion of polymer solution.The formed membranes have a rough surface,smaller porosity and protein binding capacity.With the addition of ethanol to the casting solution,the resulting membrane can adsorb bovine serum albumin(BSA) up to 171 μg/cm2.
