摘 要:研究了催化剂、固化时间和温度对环氧树脂(EP)或丁腈橡胶(A)改性氰酸酯树脂(CE)固化反应的影响以及CE/A膜性能。不含催化剂的CE/EP体系160℃不能有效固化,而含有二月桂酸二丁基锡(B)的CE/EP体系能有效固化,且固化反应速度随着B用量增加而提高。CE/A/B体系的固化程度随着固化时间延长和温度升高而提高。CE/EP/B体系的固化温度比CE/EP体系明显降低,其下降幅度随着B用量增加而提高。CE/A/B体系固化温度比CE/EP/B体系低。A用量增加,改性CE膜的冲击强度和柔韧性提高,但它的热分解温度和抗湿性下降。Effects of catalyst,curing time and curing temperature on curing reaction of cyanate ester resin(CE) modified by epoxy resin(EP) or chemigum(A) and properties of CE/A films were studied.The CE/EP system without catalyst could not be cured at 160 ℃,while the CE/EP system with dibutyltion dilaurate(B) could be cured effectively and the curing rate increased with increasing the B content.The curing degree of CE/A/B system increased with increasing the curing time and curing temperature.Compared with that of CE/EP system,the curing temperature of CE/EP/B system decreased markedly,and the dropped extent increased with increasing the B content.The curing temperature of CE/A/B system was lower than that of CE/EP/B system.With increasing the A content,both the impact strength and flexility of modified CE film were improved,respectively,while the temperature of thermal decomposition decreased and the ability to resist humidity was decreased.
