摘 要:以甲苯为溶剂、NaOH为催化剂,使用氯化苄对杉木粉进行改性,制备了增重率(WPG)不同的改性木粉;用双辊筒炼塑机将改性木粉与聚丙烯(PP)共混,制备了木粉/PP复合材料。研究了工艺条件对改性木粉增重率的影响。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热重分析(TG)等方法,研究了改性木粉的结构和热性能。并研究了改性木粉的增重率和含量对复合材料力学性能的影响,当改性木粉的增重率为50%,含量为10%时复合材料的冲击强度最高。Modified fir powder with different weight percent gain(WPG) was prepared by the benzylation reaction of fir powder and benzyl chloride with toluene as solvent and NaOH as catalyst;fir powder/PP composites were prepared by mixing the modified fir powder and PP with twin-roll mill.The influences of the process conditions on WPG of modified fir powder were studied.The structure and thermal property of the modified fir powder were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and thermogravimetry(TG).The influences of WPG,the content of modified fir powder on the mechanical properties of composites were also studied.The composites have the highest impact strength under the condition of 50% WPG and 10% content modified fir powder.
