摘  要:研究了聚对苯二甲酸丙二酯(PTT)/马来酸酐接枝丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS-g-MAH)/短炭纤维(SCF)复合材料的力学性能、流变和结晶熔融行为。结果表明,w(SCF)=10%时,复合材料的拉伸强度和弯曲强度达到极值,冲击强度略有升高,SCF对PTT起到了较好的增强效果且不影响韧性;w(SCF)>10%时,复合材料的强度基本不变而韧性下降。复合材料熔体为假塑性流体,熔体的表观黏度均低于纯PTT。复合体系的玻璃化转变温度比纯PTT的高,冷结晶和熔体结晶速率升高,但熔体结晶速率受SCF影响。The properties of poly(trimethylene terephthalate)(PTT)/maleinized acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS-g-MAH)/short carbon fiber(SCF) composites were studied by using the universal tester,impact tester,rheometer and differential scanning calorimetry.The results suggest that the tensile strength,impact strength and bending strength of the blends reach their maximum with SCF content of about 10%.Compared with the results of pure PTT,the maximum tensile strength,bending strength and the impact strength of the composites increases 35%,21% and 30%,respectively.Thus,the SCF and ABS has a function of enforcement and toughness for PTT respectively.The apparent viscosity of melt composites increases with SCF content,but lower than neat PTT.Tg of the composites is slightly higher than pure PTT.The composites have higher cold-crystallization and melt-crystallization rate than that of pure PTT,however,the more SCF content,the lower melt-crystallization rate.
