摘  要:在聚甲基乙撑碳酸酯(PPC)/聚乳酸(PLA)共混体系中加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)作为增容剂,通过熔融共混的方法使TDI与PPC及PLA的端羟基反应形成扩链产物,制备了一系列共混物。共混物的DSC曲线及扫描电镜图表明,形成的扩链产物使该二元共混体系相容性得到明显改善,共混材料的力学性能和热性能都得到显著提高。当TDI加入量由0 phr增加到5 phr时,共混物的拉伸强度由23 MPa增加到了44.7 MPa,维卡软化点由38℃提高到了45.2℃。2,4-toluene diisocyanate(TDI) was added as reactive agent in the melt blending procedure of poly(propylene carbonate)/poly(lactic acid) blend in order to produce chain-extended product through the reaction between TDI and the terminal hydroxyl groups of poly(propylene carbonate) and poly(lactic acid).A series of blends were prepared and subjected to comprehensive characterizations.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) curves and scanning electron microscope(SEM) images indicate the miscibility of the blends is improved due to the existence of the in situ produced chain-extended product.The tensile strength of the blends is greatly increased from 23 MPa to 44.7 MPa with TDI in the blends increasing from 0 phr to 5 phr.The blends also show improved thermal properties with the vicat soften temperatures increasing from 38 ℃ to 45.2 ℃.
