摘　　要：研究了以乳化液和蒸馏水作润滑剂时Si3N4和灰铸铁配副的摩擦学特性．结果表明，乳化液阻止铸铁表面含石墨的SiO2·2H2O润滑膜的形成，虽然使Si3N4陶瓷的磨损比水作润滑剂要小，但摩擦副的摩擦系数则大大高于水作润滑剂时的0．02．The properties of friction and wear of Si3N4 ceramics against graycast iron under distilled water and emulsion have been Studied. It is concluded that emulsion can prevent the former of lubricated film SiO2. 2H2O on the surface of cast iron,so the wear of ceramics Si3N4 under the emulsion is smaller than under water lubrication, but factor of friction pair under emulsion lubrication is higher than under water,lower to 0. 02.
