摘 要:采用非等温热重分析对不同煤化度煤热解进行了试验研究,探讨了升温速度对煤热重曲线和失重速率峰值的影响.由热分析结果确定了煤的热解反应动力学参数,并就升温速度对煤热解动力学的影响进行了探讨.结果表明,通过不同升温速度下的热重实验可以为煤的气化、液化、干馏提供非常重要的信息,并可以为探索煤分子结构,阐述反应机理提供依据.Experimental studies on different rank coal pyrolysis were carried out by non-isothermal thermogravimetric analysis. The effects of heating-rate on thermogravimetric curve and the peaked weight loss rate of coal were discussed. The kinetics parameters of coal pyrolysis were determined according to thermo-analysis data. The effects of heating-rate on the kinetics parameters of coal pyrolysis were discussed. The results show that very important information for not only the process of coal gasification and coal liquefaction and coal carbonization but also a basic understanding of coal structure and reactions involving coal pyrolysis can be obtained through thermogravimetric analysis under different heating rate.
