方镁石-尖晶石砖的生产及在水泥窑上的使用

摘　　要：试验用合MgO和含Al2O3原料生产不烧方供石-尖晶石砖。这种砖具有耐侵蚀、抗热震、耐磨损等优良性能，且生产工艺简单，成本、价格低。在水泥回转窑烧成带使用，取得较好的效果，表明它适合我国中、小型水泥回转窑应用。Materials containing MgO and those containing Al2O3 were used in experiments to produceunburnt periclase-spinel bricks. These bricks, being corrosion-resisting,heat-resisting,anti-seismic andwear-proof, demonstrate high-quality performance. Besides, the production technology is simple andproduction cost is low. When used in clinkering zone in cement rotary kiln,these bricks brought forward satisfactory results,which shows that they are suitable for cement rotary kilns of small-or medium-size in our country.
