摘　　要：《伤寒微旨论》首次对阴黄病作了系统全面的阐述,明确提出阴黄病机为脾虚并阴湿加之,治疗上立温脾肾、化寒湿之法,首创治阴黄之效方,初现了阴黄分型论治的雏型。Shang Han Wei Zhi Lun gives a comprehensive and systematic exposition on yin-jaundice for the first time, proposes clearly that the pathogenesis of yin-jaundice is asthenia of spleen plus yin-dampness, establishes the treatment methods of warming spleen and kidney and resolving cold and dampness, and the effective prescriptions on yin-jaundice. All above reflect the rudiment of syndrome typing and treatment of yin-jaundice.
