摘　　要：临床药师下临床提供药学服务,是医院以药品保障为中心向以患者为中心促进合理用药服务模式转变的必然趋势。经过几年的探索与实践,取得了一定的成效和经验,但也遇到了困难和挑战。希望通过得到政策法规的支持和自身的努力,推进临床药师下临床工作,使临床药师在临床药学服务中真正发挥作用。The clinical pharmacists providing pharmacy service in clinic is a certain trend for hospital promoting pharmacy service model transformation from centering on the drug security to centering on patients. Through exploration and practice for several years, it not only achieved successes and experiences, but also met difficulties and challenges. Hopefully through the support of regulations and policies and own efforts, the clinical pharmacists providing service can be promoted and play real role in clinic.
