中医院护理人员对中药注射剂安全用药知识掌握情况的调查

摘　　要：目的:了解中医院护理人员对中药注射剂安全用药知识掌握情况,为其纳入临床护士继续教育内容提供依据。方法:采用调查问卷方式对136名临床护理人员进行调查,了解不同护龄、学历、职称护士对中药注射剂安全用药知识掌握情况,以及护理人员对中药注射剂安全用药知识培训方式需求情况。结果:不同护龄、不同学历、不同职称对中药注射剂安全用药知识的掌握存在明显差异,工龄5年以上、本科学历、主管护士掌握程度较高。对药物应用方面的安全性了解较多,而涉及药物成分、对机体的危害及过敏反应的处理等了解较少。结论:各类护理人员对中药注射剂安全用药知识存在不同程度欠缺,应加强临床护理人员中药注射剂安全用药知识的继续教育。To understand the nurses＇ knowledge on safe medicine-prescribing of Chinese medical injection in Chinese medical hospitals and provide the evidence for bringing it into further education. Methods ： One hundred and thirty-six nurses were investigated by questionnaire. The different years of work experience, education levels, academic titles and the knowledge on safe medicine-prescribing of Chinese medical injection were understood, and the training mode on safe medicine-prescriblng of Chinese medical injection were investigated. Results： There were significant differences between nurses with different years of work experience, education levels, academic titles, and the charge nurses with undergraduate degree and more than five-year work experience understood more. The security of drug application were more understood, and the drug components, the impairement on body and the treatment on anaphylactie reactions were less understood. Conclusion： There is various deficiency on safe medicineprescribing knowledge of Chinese medical injection in nursing stall, and the ihrther education should be enhanced.
