AF内固定系统治疗无脊髓神经损伤的胸腰椎骨折的临床体会

摘　　要：目的观察AF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法使用AF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折39例,术前椎体前高47.6%±18.7%,椎体后高76.8%±15.4%,Cobb's角平均22.8°±10.5°。结果术后椎体前高96.5%±7.3%,椎体后高97.8%±3.2%,Cobb's角平均6.0°±3.5°,与术前比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。术后随访1.0～3.5年,均获骨性愈合。结论 AF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折简便有效,具有创伤小、操作简单、固定牢固,适合基层医院开展等优点。Objective To summarize the clinical effect of AF system for thoracolumbar fractures without spinal cord injury（SCI）.Methods 39 thoracolumbar bursting fracture cases without SCI were treated by AF system internal fixation.The heights of anterior and posterior vertebral body was 47.6%±18.7% and 76.8%±15.4% respectively,and the Cobb＇s angle was 22.8°±10.5°before operation.Results The post-operative height of anterior and posterior vertebral body and Cobb＇s angle was 96.5%±7.3%,97.8%±3.2% and 6.0°±3.5°respectively,and all were obvious improvement than those of preoperation（P0.05）.Bone union was achieved during 1.0 to 3.5 years follow-up in all 39 cases.Conclusion AF system internal fixation is a simple and effective method with the advantages of mini-trauma,good reduction,and tight fixation for thoracolumbar fractures without SCI.It is worthy to be recommended.
