流气正比探测器窗口的研制

摘　　要：流气正比探测器用在大型X射线荧光光谱仪上,主要用来测量软X射线。探测器的窗口极薄,容易损坏。进口探测器窗口价格较贵,属于易损件。通过解剖进口流气正比探测器窗口,自制了用于荷兰飞利浦公司PW1400仪器的探测器窗口,并经多年使用,效果良好,可以代替进口。The gas flow detector for X-Ray spectrometer detects mainly soft X-rays. Detector's window is very thin and easily damaged. The price of import window is expensive and can not be used longer. We study import window of the gas flow detector and then develop it use philips PW 1400. The developed window was used for many years and the result is good. Some importwindow can be replaced by ours.
