摘　　要：南宋状元、词人黄定,《宋史》无传,史料记载较少,清陆心源在《宋史翼》中亦未作补充。《全宋词》黄定小传因属草创,故甚简略,且有讹误,根据《宋会要辑稿》、《南宋馆阁续录》等文献,对其生平事迹可作很多订补。There is no biography of Huang Ding, a well-known official and ci poet in the Southern Song Dynasty, neither in Song Shi nor in Song Shi Yi by Lu Xinyuan in the Qing Dynasty; the brief introduction of him in Quan Song Ci is quite simple and even contains some mistakes. Addressing such problems, this paper gives the necessary additions and corrections to Huang Ding's brief introduction in Quan Song Ci.
