论日本民族在伪满洲国的地位

摘　　要：伪满洲国建立之后,日本殖民主义者大肆宣传,日本民族不仅是中国东北的"原有民族",而且是最"优秀的民族"、"天生的指导者",为日本帝国主义操纵和控制伪满洲国制造理论依据。日本为达到控制伪满洲国的目的,由"关东军司令官兼帝国驻满大使"对伪满洲国实施"内部统辖",并且从中央到地方的各级政权,包括伪皇帝身边都安插着日本人主要官吏,对伪满洲国施行全面统治。同时,日本民族在伪满洲国还享有政治、经济等各种特权,凌驾于其他民族之上,是伪满洲国的高等民族,"地地道道的满洲的主人"。After the establishment of Puppet Manchukuo, in order to create theoretical basis for the Japanese imperialists' Manipulation and domination, Japanese colonialists began to give much publicity about that Japanese nation was not only the original people in the Northeast China, but also the best nation and natural mentors. In order to control Manchuria, Kwantung Army commander and Imperial Ambassador in Manchuria impelled internal control from central to local, especially arranged Japanese officials into Puppet Emperor's side. Simultaneously, Japanese nation had political and economic privileges in Manchuria, overrode other nations, saw themselves as higher nation, the true master of Manchuria.
