摘　　要：2008年金融危机严重影响了我国农村剩余劳动力的就业,但自2009年以来返城务工的农民工越来越多,本文从农村劳动生产率的提高,新生代农民工的特点、社会保障、子女教育等几个方面分析了这种趋势的必然性,最后有针对性地提出了在金融危机背景下解决农村剩余劳动力就业的对策。The employment of rural extra labor is seriously affected by the financial crisis,but since 2009 more and more migrant workers return to city for work.The paper will analyze the inevitability of this tendency in several aspects,such as the raise of the rural labor productivity,the characteristic of the new generation of the peasant worker,social security,children＇s education.The author puts forward with the contermeasures to solve the problem of high unemployment rate in the rural area during the world financial crisis.
