摘　　要：2010年是我国提出西部大开发伟大战略的第十个年头,2010年5月20日中央召开了新疆工作会议,决定设立喀什经济特区,这不仅标志着国家对西部少数民族地区政策由"稳定压倒一切"向"稳定与发展并举"的战略转变,也为西部地区从大开发到大开放奠定了基础。本文从喀什经济特区建立的意义和策略对经济特区的前景做出展望。2010,the tenth year China puts forward-the great western development strategy,on May 20th,the meeting on the central work in xinjiang held,and decided to set up kashi special economic zones,which not only marks the government’s policy in the western minority areas shift from ＂stability＂to ＂stability and development＂.This paper the significance strategies of establishment of kashi special economic zones and make outlook of the special economic zone.
