摘　　要：本文在收集国内外文献和实地调查的基础上,运用比较分析和实证分析等方法,总结发达国家住宅产业化发展经验,以浙江省杭州市为例,分析国内住宅产业化的发展现状及其与发达国家的差距,提出制约杭州市住宅产业化发展问题的对策建议,以促进整个杭州市房产业结构的优化和国民经济持续健康的发展。On the basis of field survey and literature collection,applying the method of comparative analysis and empirical analysis,summarizing the experience in developed housing industry.In Hangzhou city Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper analyzes domestic housing industry and its current gap with the developed countries,which give a suggestion about the problems that constrainted housing industry development in Hangzhou,so as to promote optimization of industrial structure throughout the real estate in Hangzhou and the sustainable development of economy.
