摘 要:在试验室条件下观察了2Cr13 与1Cr18Ni9Ti两种材质整铸式喷嘴环的热疲劳行为。结果表明,在特定环境条件下工作的喷嘴环,2Cr13 材质的抗热疲劳性能优于1Cr18Ni9Ti材质,前者喷嘴环在一定次数热循环后无开裂现象,后者喷嘴环严重开裂。其热疲劳裂纹在构件薄弱处出现,萌生于晶界,并沿晶界扩展。The thermal fatigue behaviors of the cast jet of 2Cr13 and 1Cr18Ni9Ti alloy were observed by laboratory testing. The results show that thermal fatigue resistance of 2Cr13 alloy is superior to that of 1Cr18Ni9Ti alloy under a special environment. After a certain number of thermal cycles, few cracks were found in the jet of 2Cr13 alloy, the cracks appeared in the jet of 1Cr18Ni9Ti alloy were serious. Thermal fatigue cracks which occurred to the weak position were intercrystalline in origin and mode of propagation.
